“a home for the fishes”

is a nonprofit association, formed in 2012. Our mission is the protection of the marine environment.

In our action, we were inspired by the work of Paolo Fanciulli, Paolo the Fisherman, an artisanal fisherman and environmental guide, who has been fighting for the defense of the sea of the Maremma for over forty years.

We intend to develop projects for the conservation and protection of the marine environment, using art as a means of raising public awareness.

Our projects are mainly aimed at the sea of Maremma, but our message does not want to stop there!

The Association wants to set itself up as an example of good practice both nationally and internationally.

AND SEA CONSERVATION

Since 2012 we have been engaged in the development of projects for the protection of the marine environment; to this end, we created the Talamone Underwater Museum, where art expresses its extraordinary communicative power, drawing public attention to the issue of protecting the seabed.
